You will profit from my anatomical approach based on my physio background, my focus on movement quality & breath as well as my aesthetic perception, intuition, and empathy.
We will work on your personal goals, whether it is mastering a nemesis move, building or polishing a choreography, creating an optimized personal training plan, gaining strength, improving your flexibility, preventing or assessing injuries.
