My expertise lies in identifying movement patterns that are both healthy and effective for your body, prioritizing movement quality, and proper breathing to help you reach your goals with ease. As an experienced instructor and physiotherapist, I am committed to supporting you in achieving your goals, whether that means finding new, healthy ways of movement, mastering a challenging acrobatic trick, preparing for a competition, or recovering your full capabilities after an injury. I am here to guide you every step of the way.


My work is greatly influenced by a diverse range of methodologies such as Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Postural Restoration Breathing (PRI), Gyrokinesis, Pilates, and Fascia Oriented Training. By incorporating these approaches, I am able to create a comprehensive and effective practice that addresses various aspects of movement, flexibility, posture, and overall body function.

A training program customized to your body and goals will address any imbalances and pave the way for optimal functional movement and healthy training. I work with beginners and advanced acrobats alike, as everyone benefits from understanding their bodies better and following a structured training program tailored to their unique needs.

What's the process like?

Working one-on-one with me, either virtually or in person, is the most effective way to achieve your movement goals.

  • First, you need to get on my waiting list.

  • I will inform you as soon as a spot opens up, and we will schedule a free onboarding call to determine your goals and find the optimal package for your needs.

  • In the beginning, we'll work together to establish your goals, assess any imbalances, and get a clear picture of what your body needs to achieve those goals. Expect my undivided attention as we discuss your movement and injury history.

  • After our initial assessment, I will create a personalized training plan that addresses your unique needs and capabilities, with the goal of improving your movement patterns and achieving your desired results. You will have complete control over the frequency and duration of your training sessions, and we will prioritize consistency over intensity. To see the best results, I recommend committing to at least two 30-minute training sessions per week.

  • Our live one-on-one video call sessions will be 45 minutes each. After each session, I'll provide you with a written training plan, or a personal training app. We'll meet every week initially and then adjust the schedule to every two to three weeks to check in, adjust your program, and answer any questions you may have.
